We will enjoy visiting one of the most beautiful places of Molise countryside where a award-winning extra virgin olive oil is produced, sold all over the World in the most important specialty shops. We will be guided through the Estate, owned by an ancient Italian noble family, by visiting the 70 hectares olive grove, with different cultivars and 18000 olive trees, and the olive mill to learn how extra-virgin olive oil is made from the olive harvest to the bottling as well as to recognize a good extra virgin olive oil from the mediocre one. We will also be surprised by the citrus as well as infused extra-virgin olive oils.
Lunch in the garden in the shadow of an ancient tree and a good glass of wine.

Relax | Free to do some sightseeing

In the early afternoon we will go back to Termoli for a rest or for sightseeing.
Dinner in town with typical products of the land in a friendly atmosphere.

We will prepare and cook your meal enjoying a day hands-on cookery class with expert cooks from the village. A combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations suitable for all level of knowledge. There are top tips and secrets to make perfect fresh pasta and you will discover them making your own “pasta fresca”! We will also prepare a tempting sauce to accompany your pasta dish using the freshest ingredients from the local market.

Old Village Tour

We will have a tour in the Old Village to discover the history, the Castle, the Cathedral and Trabucco of the Medieval Village. A visit to the Cathedral will be very interesting because it houses the relics of San Timothy, disciple of Apostle Paul as well as Roman ruins. San Timothy’s relics hidden in 1239 by the venerable Bishop Stephen were discovered during the works of the crypt of the Cathedral of Termoli in 1945…. After the tour, dinner with your new friends enjoying local food and wine.

In the morning, a cookery class to discover the secrets of easy to follow, traditional nonna’s recipes with a modern twist. Let’s “Roll up our sleeves” and learn about Italian cooking techniques and secrets in a friendly atmosphere. Polenta is an ancient dish made from corn flour and prepared daily in the past by the Molise farmers who had to deal with the few ingredients available. Today many people love to combine polenta with fish but not only! Afternoon free to have time to relax and enjoy the place. Dinner in town.

A tour to Castel del Giudice Village, in the nord of Molise, will be an extraordinary experience especially for cheese and apples lovers. You will visit the Organic Apple Orchard with a selection of 56 types of native apples of Abruzzo and Molise. Cooking show with Chef Alessandra di Paolo to transform Apples as well as Truffles in Menù. Molise has the supremacy, often unknown to non-professionals, of being the Italian region richer in truffles thanks to unspoiled natural habitat and It is estimated that 40% of truffle production in Italy comes from this small region.

Cheese Farm Visit

Early in the afternoon you will visit the farm of an artisan who raises cattle and buffalo and produces raw-milk cheeses following the ancient traditions. It will be a far outside the ordinary experience! Back to Termoli. Dinner in town.

In the morning we will enjoy a traditional cookery class with a strong modern twist for a brunch with friends once at home. Light, bright, fresh, traditional and modern.

Afternoon free to relax, shopping and packing before the “Ciao Ciao Dinner”…..the best way to say Goodbye to your new friends in the hope to meet again one day.
